My client is manufacturing firm with strong global presence and they are seeking for a Finance Business Partner to lead a team to support the business units in a dymanic environment. This role will be working closely with the business and ability to influence and collaborate across functions.

This role involves ensuring accurate month-end closings, preparing financial performance reports, and driving improvements in gross margin and cost management. Key responsibilities include managing annual budgets, rolling forecasts, and enhancing financial processes for operational excellence.

The ideal candidate will have at least 15 years of experience in finance business partnering and FP&A, leading a team with a strong background in cost accounting/ financial analysis/ financial modelling, preferably in a manufacturing setting.

What you’ll be doing.

• Advising on the power of data, you’ll understand the power of the customer's data and how the Quantexa solution can drive insights and actions from it.
• You will understand key deployment options and decisions and steer customers and internal teams to deliver the right solution for the problem
• You'll advise the customer on the direction of the Quantexa platform and how it can enable sustained and added business value.
• You’ll work closely with sales and the customer to define the future-looking roadmap and vision for decision intelligence.
• You will work closely with product and delivery at Quantexa to ensure adherence to Blueprints, expected value realisation through project and proving stages, scoping and setting up projects for success
• You will make sure that the Quantexa platform is adopted operationally.
• You will drive and own governance and relationships through strong quarterly business reviews.

You will ensure customers renew their relationship with Quantexa.

Main function: Operations – Project Execution

• Specify and elaborate the technical requirements, drawings and documentation for a customer application in order to assure a smooth production and on time delivery in compliance with customer specifications and agreed budget.

Purpose of The Role:

• Provide production engineering capability and engineering support for systems manufacture and project management activities.

The Role:

• Make design decisions supported by reference to standards and/or calculations.
• Compilation of most cost-effective specification compliant parts lists and bills of material.
• Identification and submission of related materials requests.
• Production of manufacturing drawings.
• Production of technical or engineering design support information and drawings for project management and other inter-departmental staff.
• Provision of engineering support to project management, manufacturing and field application engineers.
• Provide additional engineering support as and when necessary.

What You Need to Have?

• Candidate must possess a Bachelors’ Degree in Electrical/Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or equivalent, or relevant experience.
• Candidate must possess at least 3 to 5 years of engineering design experience in particular generating of 3D technical drawings.
• Computer Literacy – proficient in AutoCAD, 3D Solid Edge, E-Plan, Pro Panel or equivalent & Microsoft Office applications.
• SAP knowledge will be an advantage.
• Experience in an uninterruptible power equipment, industrial switchgear or associated product manufacturing environment beneficial.
• Familiarity with current applicable European Directives and British, European and International Standards

Role: Customer Technical Support Engineer

Work Location: Yishun (need to travel within Singapore)

Job Scope:

• Providing technical support on both hardware and software for products such as library system / equipment at clients’ locations islandwide
• Work with Engineers / professionals in the implementation, testing and user acceptance of products
• Conduct regular inspection, analysis and troubleshooting of systems and equipment including running tests and interpretating results / recommending effective solutions or recommendations
• Sourcing / negotiation with suppliers for parts and clients on replacements
• Writing of reports including conducting basic user guides, safety regulation and preventive maintenance plans
