Reporting to the Head of TOUCH Cyber Wellness, you engage and educate youths to develop their digital literacy competencies in an ever-evolving digital landscape.

You develop relevant curriculum, content and programmes, delivered in various settings such as school classrooms and social media. Family Central, a service by Fei Yue Community Services, was officially appointed by the Council for Third Age (C3A) as programme organiser for the Intergenerational Learning Programme (ILP) with effect from June 2013.

The ILP aims to encourage intergenerational bonding by matching youths and seniors in a group learning environment. Through practical lessons such as Skype, Facebook, managing health and laughter yoga, seniors acquire new knowledge while youths share theirs and learn character building.

Family Central can provide a framework and methodology, capacity building through training, consultancy and sharing of best practices, and participating schools can count their ILPs as part of their service learning initiatives.
