• Assist in the process of coordination with external design teams, organizations or companies, managing its digital related aspects as directed.
• Prepare, develop and edit, under the guidance of the project leader or nominated architect, Sketches, Drawings, Models, Images, Specifications and other documents relating to a project or competition.
• Assist Architects / Designers & Project Leaders in controlling change i.e. Preparation of RVO’s and historical records reflecting change.
• Understand project statutory submissions and controls and to ensure comprehensive compliance documents are prepared as directed.
• Manage the CORENET interface for all submissions work.
• Understand and be familiar with the Singapore BIM standards and guides.

Requirements & Attributes:

• Diploma or Technical Certificate in Architecture/Building Construction
• Minimum 5 years relevant experience in architectural draughtsmanship and technical coordination;
• Proficient with the latest versions of AutoCAD, project information databases and specification writing;
• Experience in BIM and Revit will be an advantage;
• Construction drawings skills;
• Familiar with Singapore standards and e-submissions;
• Familiar with Singapore statutory requirements;
• Self motivated, organized and enthusiastic.

We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Physiotherapist, Therapy Assistant or Fitness Instructor to join our team, working with older adults in the community. The ideal candidate will conduct physical assessments, provide both individual and group-based interventions, and educate participants on falls prevention, frailty, and healthy aging. Additionally, the role involves active participation in functional assessment, data collection, multidisciplinary teamwork and discussions.

Job Description:

· Conduct targeted and individualized physical assessments for participants upon recruitment and during periodic reviews (training will be provided).

· Develop and implement exercise programs for participants, including OTAGO and Motor-Cognitive Dual-Task training.

· Train and supervise volunteers and staff at Senior Activity Centres to conduct exercise programs and periodic reviews.

· Provide education talks on falls prevention, frailty, and healthy aging.

· Ensure proper documentation of records for referral to community partners.

· Work as part of the “Implementation of Decade of Healthy Aging Action Plan to Screen and Prevent Decline in Intrinsic Capacity in Elders (SPICE) Through Multisectoral Collaboration” Team or community partners to deliver the above services.

· Participate in functional assessment, data collection, multidisciplinary teamwork and discussions with team and partners

· Foster close and warm relationships with participants, their families, and volunteers, demonstrating care and respect.

Requirements:

· Bachelor's degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy or relevant training and work experience as fitness instructor.

· Qualified and full registration with the Allied Health Professions Council (AHPC) preferable

· Previous working experience in a hospital or eldercare institution is advantageous.

· Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to speak multiple languages will be advantageous

Job Purpose:

To support the mission of MWS Active Ageing Centres to enable community seniors to age well and age in place through the implementation of the ABC and 2S services of AAC, namely: Active Ageing Porgrammes (AAP), Befriending and Buddying, Care Co-ordiantion, Social Connector and Community Screening and Outreach, with a focus on programme co-ordination and administration.

Job Responsibilitites:

Assist the Manager of the AAC in the following areas:

Programmes

Plan, organise and provide logistic and administrative support for Active Ageing Programmes that focus on building the elderly’s self-help capacity including

1. Planning, co-ordinating and implementing the Active Ageing Programmes (AAP) in the 5 Domains – Physical, Social, Learning, Cognitive and Volunteerism.
2. Evaluate the effectiveness/outcome of the programme and service level. Work with other Programme Co-ordinators and Volunteer Management Executives of AACs as a whole to come up with approaches that will be beneficial to seniors and enhance the service delivery of the centres.
3. Collaborate and co-ordinate programmes with external providers and agencies. This includes community events and outings.

Administrative Duties

1. Maintain a daily register of seniors who participate in activities and programmes at the Centre.
2. Maintain data current in the system and assist in data reporting.
3. Assist with collection of fees and donations, issue receipts, and requisition of Centre’s supplies and materials.
4. Provide support to the centre cleaner to promote and maintain the cleanliness of the centre according to National Environmental Agency’s Environmental Sanitation Programme.
5. Ensure Centre’s maintenance tasks are done regularly, eg. air con servicing, pest control servicing, LEW reviews etc.
6. To assist the centre manager in ad hoc administration when needed.

Volunteer Engagement

1. Encourage senior participation and volunteerism through promotion of senior-initiated ideas with senior co-partnering in implementation.
2. Assist the Volunteer Management Executive to engage volunteers to run programmes and activities.
3. Provide guidance and coach volunteers on their specific roles as Programme Assistants, depending on the Centre’s programme

Job Requirements:

• Minimum 'O' Level holder or ITE diploma holder
• Any relevant diploma in social services, humanities or health care.
• 2 years of experience in related area.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Occasional weekend duties with overtime pay or time off-in-lieu as contractually
• Good interpersonal communications skills
