Policy Enforcement:

• Manage, deploy, and monitor the use of resources, drafting funding proposals for the delivery of services.

Requirements:

• Preferably with a Degree in Social Work/ Counselling/ Psychology
• Minimum 5 years prior experience in leadership and people management (Youth Sector or related fields)
• Independent, good communication and interpersonal skills
• A team player with passion in equipping and inspiring young lives.
