Brief Description

The Application Assistant is responsible for in supporting the planning, development, operation and upgrading of the Secretariat’s System Applications such as the APEC Information Management Portal (AIMP), which is composed of four modules (APEC Collaboration System, Online Meeting System, Project Database, and Meeting Document Database), APEC Project Administration System (APAS), etc. The jobholder works closely with the Digital Strategist and Application manager regarding the Application matters (Process Modernization and AIMP) and is expected to show expertise in understanding the needs of stakeholders, drafting tender document, overseeing vendor in terms of development and operation activities.
