1. The Senior Technical Executive, Facilities Management alongside the Tecnical Executive, Facilities Management are the front line of the Managing Agent in responding to each School and Users, and to ensure that the Facilities Management Services under the Contract have been properly carried out and performed.
2. The Senior Technical Executive, Facilities Management should assist the School in planning and programming all visits and maintenance services including implementation of Infrastructure Improvement Works with the Project Manager/ project management team.
Requirements
The Senior Techical Executive, Facilities Management should have the following qualification and FM services working experiences as follow:
a. A Bachelor degree in FM Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance/ Engineering or equivalent with a minimum of three (3) years FM services experience,
b. A Polytechnic Diploma in FM Services / Estate Management / Building Maintenance/ Engineering, or equivalent with a minimum of five (5) years of FM service experiences, or
c. Any candidate not meeting clause (a) or (b), but with a minimum of seven (7) years proven track records as FM or equivalent may apply
