The Document Imaging Specialist (Team Leader) is a member of a team responsible for service delivery through efficient scanning operations at an Iron Mountain customer site. It is paramount for the Document Imaging Specialist to be able to provide a balance between efficiency and cost consciousness while delighting the customer by exceeding expectations.

Responsibilities

• Oversee for all workplace activities within the team, assign tasks to team members, and be responsible for the success of team initiatives.
