5. Annual Reporting

6. Budget Development and Management

OVERVIEW OF ROLE

Responsible for building and maintaining the MAPS Department's data and technology platform to support Eastspring’s multi-asset capabilities.

The role will involve managing sophisticated data feeds, systems, algorithms, and databases. Your data and technology skills will help the MAPS Department provide robust financial solutions for our clients.

The role will collaborate with other members of MAPS; with Quant developers in other Investment teams; and with members of Eastspring's IT and Data and Operations teams.

KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

• Design, build and maintain data and software infrastructure to enable robust and efficient investment processes.
• Build high quality processes to load, access, and analyse underlying data sets.
• Design and build dashboards to allow users to visualise and interact with underlying data sets.

Job Responsibilities

Involved in the entire process of software development (i.e. conceptualization, system design/prototype, implementation, testing, deployment, maintenance, documentation), as well as software product development:

1. Work with the project managers in technical requirement gathering, analysis, solutioning, creating technical documents and work breakdown structure (WBS);

2. Work independently in a cross functional team to develop software according to the specifications and development standards;

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Be an effective Technology Business Partner. working closely with business users to understand business needs and implement solutions.
• Hands on experience in configuring SuccessFactors modules (Employee Central, Payroll, PMGM, Time Management, LMS, etc) this includes configuration of Holiday calendars, Work Schedules, Substitutions, Absences for different categories of employees and policies for different locations.
• Ensure HR applications are compliant with internal business controls, statutory regulations & rules, information security and audit requirements.
• Effective in analysing and implementing SuccessFactors integration projects; defining iFlows, local & exception sub-process, value mapping artifacts.
• Analyse from a holistic perspective business needs, mutual interdependencies, risk and benefits to propose the best solution.
• Motivate, lead and guide team to HR best practices
• Support the delivery of initiatives primarily on technology capabilities for Human Capital/Resources.
• Assist in planning, managing and implementation of projects/tracks. Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects.

KEY REQUIREMENTS

• Tertiary Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent in a reputable University.
• Experience in handling SuccessFactors systems (including Employee Central, Data Integration, and Data Cleansing) and Concur is highly preferred.
• Experience in developing interfaces between SuccessFactors and 3rd party systems. Has worked on creation of integrations using SuccessFactors Cloud Platform Integration (CPI)
• Experienced in IT project management, developing, analysing and implementing technology solutions.
• Minimum 6 to 10 years of experience supporting HR systems and team leader of a small team to implement HR initiatives.
• Excellent knowledge in HR domain, with experience implementing and supporting HR applications.
• Good team player who is keen to learn, independent, and with strong analytical, communication and interpersonal skills.
