· Support the Integrated Logistics Support such as publication management, spare review management and competency management

· Maintain oversight and review the Obsolescence Management plan for all Systems

· Drive digital transformation of Operational efficiency, Governance & Compliance and Cyber Security

· Manage Tech Refresh or upgrading projects for Systems

Responsibilities

· Degree in IT or a related subject with at least 5 years of working experience in managing IT infrastructure projects in diverse, complex, large-scale environments

· Good technical knowledge in system / network diagnosis and troubleshooting in th,below:

1. Windows Server OS, Linux OS in a virtual environment
2. Virtualisation and Hypervisors including Nutanix
3. VPN, firewall appliances
4. Load balancers, network switches/routers
5. Network Monitoring (e.g. Solarwinds products)
6. Data Protection (e.g. Veritas)
7. Vulnerability Assessment (e.g. Nessus)
8. Identify and Access Management (e.g. CyberArk)

• Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities with In-depth knowledge of escalation procedures, incident management, and other disciplines related to service delivery
• Able to effectively prioritize tasks in a high-pressure environment
• Experience working in a team-oriented, collaborative environment
• Strong customer-facing, vendor management of third-party-vendors.
• Working location is in Ang Mo Kio
