Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in construction or project management, engineering, or a related field.
• Be able to operate design software, such as CAD is advantageous
• Previous experience in project management, preferably in small-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of construction processes, building codes, and safety regulations.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills to collaborate with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Problem-solving and decision-making capabilities to address project issues and unplanned events.
• Ability to work independently and proactively, while also being a team player.

• Provide technical support to customers on UPS,DC Systems and battery coordinate with end-users on-site
• Installation, commissioning, repair/maintenance
• Ensure safe working environment
• Provide training on start up and operational of UPS and DC systems
• Proactive follow up with maintenance contracts
• Any other adhoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electrical / Electronics Engineering or equivalent
• Min 5 Years of relevant experience in UPS and DC power industry
• Working Hours: Monday - Friday (8.30am - 5.30pm), Saturday (8.30 - 12.30pm)
• Location: Ubi
• Salary: Up to $9000
• Able to travel overseas whenever required
• Possess own vehicle
• Able to start work immediate or on short notice
