Perform daily system monitoring, maintaining backup logs, verifying the integrity on hardware, server resources, and systems.
Perform ongoing performance tuning, hardware upgrades, and resource optimization as required.
Cyber Security Support
Protects system by defining access privileges, control structures, and resources.
Recognizes problems by identifying abnormalities; reporting violations.
Implements security improvements by assessing current situation; evaluating trends; anticipating requirements.
Determines security violations and inefficiencies by conducting periodic audits and maintaining regular checks.
Maintains technical knowledge by attending educational workshops; reviewing publications.
L1/L2 Business Support
Maintain office equipment like personal computers, network, printers, and ops-related equipment.
Create, change, delete user accounts, and manage other IT requirements.
Develop, maintain, and document installation and configuration procedures.
Research and recommend innovation for new technologies.
Support L1 infrastructure needs whenever necessary.
