Responsibilities:

• Maintaining and monitoring of IT Infrastructure Systems to ensure smooth and reliable operation of software systems
• Provide Level 1 & Level 2 technical support to end user and ensure Business As Usual
• Involve with infrastructure project & setting up new site office
• Design and perform server and IT security audits, system backup procedures and other recovery processes
• Implement security systems (Firewall and user access right) and redundant backups to maintain data safety
• Sourcing for vendors and conduct research on software and system products to justify recommendations to support purchasing efforts
• Maintaining documentation which relates to system configuration, mapping, processes and service records
• Monitor and test system performance, prepare and deliver system performance statistics and reports
• To perform Ad-Hoc duties as per assigned

General:

• Create and maintain documentation on technical problem
• Procurement of IT hardware and software
• Update & maintain IT inventory
• Disposal of IT hardware

Requirements:

• Min 5 years of relevant experience in similar capacity. Preferably with server, network and firewall experience.
• Diploma/Advanced Diploma/ Degree in IT
• MCSA/MCSE, CCNA certificate
• Candidate with security knowledge is an added advantage
• Good knowledge in Microsoft Products
• Travel to various site location around Singapore
• Able to work independently & multi-task

• Bachelor's or master’s degree in Computer background and 2 to 4 years of IT experience
• Minimum 1+ year of experience in Data Engineering and DevOps environment on Azure, AWS or Google cloud platform
• Must have hands on experience on following Azure Services – Data Factory, Data Lake, Data Warehouse, Database, U-SQL, Databricks, Functions, EventHub/IoT Hub and Storage, or equivalents in AWS or Google
• Must have experience in: Python, SQL, PowerShell
• Must have project experience: real time streaming and batch processing implementations
• Must have experience in Git/Git Lab/Bit Bucket repos and branches or equivalent
• Must have experience in data modelling and visualization using Microsoft Power BI, Python scripting and open-source tools (plotly, D3.js, Bokeh)
• A proven team player with good interpersonal, communication, and problem-solving skills.
