Roles and Responsibilities

• Assist the Managers in scheduling, budgetary and administrative duties as assigned.
• Establish and implement the preventive maintenance schedule for the Park’s facilities and rides.
• Ensure all building services are in good working conditions.
• Ensure all the maintenance work carried out complied with the safety standards as directed.
• Provide supervision and guidance to frontline maintenance staff.
• Ensure proper documentation for Park’s facilities, maintenance, and inspection.
• Ensure the provision of best safety protection to guest, staff, and company’s properties.
• Ensure a safe workplace for all staff and guest.
• Liaise with external contractors on minor projects in the Park, and also third-party contractors for soft services like landscaping, pest control and cleaning services.
• Maintain and upkeep an inventory system for Park’s facilities.
• Keep Supervisor informed of any irregularities and abnormalities found/observed of Park’s facilities and rides.
• Sourcing for quotation and purchasing of spare parts from overseas/local suppliers.
• Perform any other duties as and when assigned.

Qualifications and Other Requirements

• Diploma/Higher Nitec in Engineering (Mechanical, Electrical or Civil) or Facility Management in building services. Engineering certificate from a recognized training institute.
• Able to perform duty on weekends and Public Holidays.

Preferred Knowledge and Skills

• Minimum two (2) years of working experience in commercial and industrial sectors with strong background in operations, maintenance and engineering of building services and facility management.
• Well-versed in electrical and able to interpret electrical diagrams.
• Good knowledge in troubleshooting for equipment and facility services.
• Customer focused with an outgoing personality, has initiative and be able to multi-task.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint.

• Overall responsible for technical operations of the assigned oil tankers.
• Ensure that the vessels achieve the necessary technical standards and performance.
• Manage the vessels certificates and documents to ensure they are systematically updated and stored.
• Prepare and manage vessels’ technical budget and monitor dry-dockings and other required repairs and maintenance jobs.

Requirements:

• Chief Engineer or Second Engineer (COC Class 1/Class 2)
• At least 2 years of experience as Technical Superintendent for Oil tankers.
