Produce low level technical designs from high level architecture designs. Translate a broader infrastructure design or blueprint into technical specifications and details.

Refine design specifications and prototypes based on inputs from internal / external stakeholders

Recommends/designs structures and tools for systems which meet business needs and takes into account target environment, performance & security requirements and existing systems.

Produces outline system designs and specifications, and overall architectures, topologies, configuration databases Specifies user/system interfaces, including validation and error correction procedures, processing rules, access, security and audit controls.

Assesses associated risks, and specifies recovery routines and contingency procedures.
