Responsibilities:

• Working with the team to define the design, development, code review, testing, and maintenance of applications.
• Along with the Product Owners, as part of the team, define feature requirements and deliver a product that materially impacts the business and improves the end user experience.
• Maintain and improve the code quality.
• Design and implement scalable applications and services and continuous integration and deployment.
• Develop and maintain various internal tools that manage a number of different aspects of the business.
• Work closely with teams to form good working culture and continuously adapt to different working environment.

Skills and Qualifications:

• A minimum of 6 years software developer experience
• Knowledge on JVM based languages such as Java and/or Kotlin
• Knowledge of Source Code Management tools such as Git.
• Awareness of “Clean Code” and clean coding practices.
• TDD and ability to design Unit, Integration and Functional tests.
• Technical Skills : Java 8+, Kotlin, Restful webservices with Springboot, Micronaut, Elastic Search, PL/SQL, business architecture and process design.
• Industry Skills : More than 4 years of experience in private banking and wealth management, Experienced in client customized applications development & enhancement

Responsibilities

· Manage all aspects of the technical project to ensure it is completed on time, within budget and meet all contractual requirements

· Lead and manage the project team

· Able to interpret the Contract and extract all essential information with the project team for the efficient and effective management of the project to meet its objectives

· Identify all contractual system requirements and all other deliverables and responsible for managing system designs, reviews and all deliverables. Analyze and define all project materials and service purchases based on cost optimization and appropriate risk management

· Perform day to day coordination, risk management, liaison, control and supervision of resources including all project team members, sub-contractors, internal and external project related parties and customers to ensure that the project meets its objectives

· Provide regular project reports/updates to customers, internal departments and management

· Monitor all payment milestones to ensure timely billing in accordance to the planned scheduled

Requirements

· Degree in Electrical, Electronics, Communications Engineering, or equivalent

· Minimum 5 years in technical project management work experience

· Experience in New Product Introduction management is preferred

· Strong project & people management skills.

· Excellent communication and problem solving abilities

· Able to work within tight schedules

· Self driven and good team player

· Working location is in Jurong East
