How will I help?

As the Senior Infrastructure Technical Lead, you will be responsible for the monitoring, investigation and resolution of live service issues including day-to-day networking tasks across the Westpac Asia Network.

Roles and Responsibilities

Support the two business units under GSVC by providing insightful data analytics

Booking & Documentation unit

• Analyze and evaluate the performance of Booking and Documentation quality from the following viewpoints

- Business Process Management (Standby, Constraint Management, etc.)

- RPA performance and Offshore Quality in terms of handling time and accuracy

- Internal and external communication quality in terms of waiting time and redundancy

Service Cloud unit

• Analyze and evaluate the quality of following items

- Customer Communication Quality through Chat and Webform channels at Region and Country level

- Customer Communication Quality through Chat, Webform and Email channels at Individual CCA level

- Advanced Data analytics leveraged by Gen-AI technologies (i.e. Einstein GPT, CRMA)

• Seek optimal resource management for CCA and Service management area at Regional and Country level
• Develop aglobal common visibility to show the comprehensive service quality performance at Global, Regional, Country, and Individual CCA and Customer level

Requirements

• Degree in relevant discipline
• Minimum 10 years of experience in container shipping industry
• Deep knowledge of Booking and Documentation processes
• Familiarity with Service Cloud (SalesForce) would be preferred
• Basic knowledge of Looker Dashboard and/or any data analysis tools

Responsibilities:

• Design, plan, analyze, and implement wireless radiofrequency (RF) networks.
• Apply engineering expertise re: wireless technologies/specifications to design and optimize wireless 5G, LTE, UMTS/HSPA, GSM/GPRS/EDGE, Wi-Fi and CDMA/EVDO radio network coverage, performance and capacity, and to commission and integrate wireless sites with optimal performance and capacity.

• Participate in developing internal processes used for radio network design, ensuring compliance with regulatory and zoning requirements.

• Provide input to management regarding tactical and strategic issues.

Requirements:

• · Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Electronic/Telecommunications Engineering or related field.
• · 5 years of progressive experience in any RF Engineering-related occupation, including at least 2 years of experience in each of the following:RF wireless technologies (5G, LTE, and/or UMTS); Troubleshooting, optimizing, and designing wireless communications sites; UMTS and LTE platforms, product lines, and their associated 3GPP specification

Location: Raffles Place

• Strategize the company platform’s Global Product Solutions' Go-to-Market (GTM) initiatives regarding product strategies, positioning, and the GTM process; drive product launches and monitor product adoption progress.
• Create sales and external client-facing content for product education and adoption acceleration, with support from copywriters for perfection.
• Develop solution GTM strategy and execute programs globally with the assistance of global partner teams, capable of defining key milestones and timelines, driving XFN alignments, and managing key stakeholders along the GTM process.
• Conduct regular inbound research to understand the voice of customers and provide insights and guidance to the product team for solution development and iterations.
• Engage actively with HQ product teams and get involved in the product lifecycle from incubation to launch. Function as a user expert and contribute to the product development process.
• Work closely with the HQ, regional, and TT4B product pillar PSO teams for product updates and announcements, manage the product knowledge center and help center, and support global XFN teams with product information.
• Closely monitor global product adoption and performance, drive internal discussions, and diagnose business challenges and adoption roadblocks.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree or above, with 5 years of experience in the social network industry, preferably with experience in mobile internet, e-commerce, and advertising;
• Data-sensitive, with clear logical thinking; strong learning attitude and ability to work under pressure;
• Solid project management skills, communication skills, team collaboration, and a sense of ownership.
• Excel in English at both oral and written capabilities, able to communicate fluently and professionally with proficient English speakers.
