Junior Content Producer

Responsible for

• Overseeing and executing all aspects of video production. This includes concept development for original ideas, scripting, video editing, basic audio balancing, directing, and filming, when relevant.
• Create, manage and set timelines for all production
• Shooting experience is a bonus
• Strong storytelling skills, animation/motion graphics, video production, creativity, detailed in project management
• Be mature enough to manage multiple deadlines, tight budgets in a time efficient manner
• Work professionally both independently and with other peer members in the team.
• Professional sourcing, negotiate 3rd party contracts with vendors, partners across Asia

To qualify

• Fresh grad encouraged to apply
• Preferred 1-2 years of related experience in media industry, please include showreel if available
• Proficient in motion graphics, animation, sound and video editing software including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite skills like Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, & Photoshop
• Relevant non-Adobe skillset also acceptable (Final Cut, Avid, etc..)
• Social media trend savvy with a creative taste in content ideas
• A passion for at least one of esports, gaming, tech innovations, entrepreneurship and Kpop
• Demonstrable strong written and spoken skills in English language plus one spoken Asian vernacular language is preferred.

Working hours: 9am - 6pm

Working Location: 22 Havelock Road

Salary: $2,800 - $4,000 (Depending on experience)

Job Description

Human Resource

• Job advertising & shortlisting
• Liaise with outsourced payroll vendor on monthly payroll
• Work pass applications
• Submit claims and grants
• Arrange training for employees
• Submit WICA and FWMI claims
• Manage employee attendance, leaves and scheduling

Office Administration

• Attend to incoming calls
• Collect and distribute daily mails
• Ensure the maintenance of the copier, laminator, and other company equipment
• Ensure proper filing of documents
• Maintain and keep track of office supplies/equipment/vendors and source for cost-effective vendors
• Undertake a special project or assignments that are assigned to you from time to time by the Company

Requirements:

• Minimum a Diploma in HR/Management/Business related discipline with at least 3 years relevant experience
• Knowledge of Employment Act & familiar with all types of work passes processing online
• Experience/knowledge of Infotech payroll system & F&B/restaurant industry will be an added advantage
• Able to commence work within short notice
