Overview

This role will be part of the Workforce Services (WS) department with the Enterprise Technology Services (ET&S) group. The program manager will be responsible for overseeing the creation of the operational framework, governance, event management, reporting and structure within the WS Asset Management function.

The Asset Management decommission and disposal function in WS is responsible for ensuring adherence to the firms updated policies and procedures, this includes but is not limited to ensuring adoption of the firms standard inventory tool globally for all off-net data bearing assets, adoption of firm shipping standards and creation of procedures and reporting in support of. • Deliver high-quality EMC systems that meet compliance standards and customer requirements
• Develop and deliver training and competency programs for internal staff and external customers
• Improve team competency in EMC through regular training sessions, workshops, and knowledge-sharing initiatives
• Serve as the technical expert on EMC systems, providing guidance and support for system design, integration, and delivery
• Collaborate with technical experts across different R&S subsidiaries on competency-related topics
• Stay updated with the latest advancements in EMC standards, technologies, and industry practices
• Serve as a trainer and speaker for internal and external workshops, sharing expertise and promoting best practices in EMC
• Conduct EMC testing in the company's chamber facility

Qualifications

• Degree in electronics/electrical/communications engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 5 years of relevant working experience
• Knowledge of EMC standards, regulations, and testing procedures
