Family Description
Customer Services (CS) covers customer service in different areas such as technical support, account support, operations, maintenance, network design / deployment / integration / transformation, and education. Generates revenue and the increase of customer satisfaction through planning, designing, deploying, integrating, optimising, operating, and maintaining phases.
Subfamily Description
Systems Integration (SIN) contains the integration and customization of Nokia solutions and 3rd party platforms to meet customer requirements. Contains processing of use case and feature requirements into conceptual models, operational scenarios, technical requirements, and functional description. Covers customer specific solution and software design, development, implementation, unit testing and verification of hardware, platform, software, and systems including maintenance support.
Responsibilities
• Expertise in GPON and Nokia FN product like Nokia 7360
• Should possess good experience in AMS and associated plug like VAPs SDC/IDM/APC and OAD
• Exposure to Nokia Altiplano access controller
• Experience in handling migration exposure to third part migration.
* Verify interoperability with network elements.
• Works according to implementation plan.
• Executes pre-defined integration tasks, configuration tasks and test cases.
• Understands customer requirements.
• Supports troubleshooting activities.
• Performs tasks with a moderate level of guidance and within guidelines and policies
• Analyses information and possible solutions, makes independent judgments, decisions and recommendations and solves a range of straightforward problems through knowledge and professional experience.

Knowledge & Experience
Specialised or broader knowledge of theory and principles within a professional discipline. Typically, 4 to 6 years directly related experience and a graduate equivalent degree(BE).
