Job Description

• Develop and maintain the backend of an ASP.NET web application
• Maintain and update Java REST APIs
• Work with the Director and other teams to implement new requirements and troubleshoot existing issues as necessary
• Maintain the backend supporting our company’s Mobile App, including regularly reviewing crashes, troubleshooting, fixing, and updating the database
• Maintain the backend server supporting our company’s Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system
• Develop, secure, test, deploy and maintain REST APIs

Requirements

Role Overview

The Systems Specialist is responsible for providing SME(Subject Matter Expert) support, which includes planning, installation and administration of organization's technology systems and infrastructure.

The System Specialist needs to collaborate with other IT professionals, stakeholders, and end-users to ensure the technology environment meets the needs of the organization.

The SME will play a critical role in providing consultation, configuring and optimizing various hardware and software components (on-premise Infra & Cloud Infra) to support the organization's business operations.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical consultation on migration or new implementation of Enterprise Systems.
• Manage or participate in new setup or upgrade of system infrastructure projects (both on-premise & cloud).
• Identify existing infrastructure best suited for on-premise & Cloud Infra.
• Develop and execute system migration plan for on-premise to Cloud (Public / Private Cloud).

Requirements

• Minimum 7 years of experience in Virtual Servers (VM & HyperV) and Enterprise level IT Infrastructure Management.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Microsoft Services with M365, Azure AD, SSO, MFA, and Cloud Computing (Azure & AWS).
• Strong knowledge and experience working with M365 Applications, Azure Active Directory, Power Automate, Server hosted in Azure, Veeam Backup configuration and Virtualization (VMware & HyperV).

The Project Manager will be a critical member of the team responsible for the delivery and support of technology solutions. He/she will be involved in full SDLC cycle of the system with experience in system integration.
