Regional Security - General framework
As a regional representative from Corporate Security Directorate, the Regional Security Advisor ensures the proper consideration of security measures for people, assets and information in Naval Group’s countries of interest in South-East Asia. The scope of activities covers prospection and deployment phases, support to the subsidiaries and Naval Group representative offices. The incumbent also has the ability to advise Joint-Ventures on safety concerns, on demand from local management.
Main responsibilities
Ensures coherence in the security measures in the region:
- Supervises, closely with the security network, the awareness program of the teams onsite
- Communicates to the local teams the security standards and requirements, while also supporting their implementation
- Controls their implementation (build) and execution (run)
- Ensures that incidents reporting process and business continuity plan (BCP) are in place and operational
- Advise to hold security audits and to follow the associated action plans
- Contributes to new establishment projects in the region (threat evaluation, choice of office location and hotels)
- Strengthen local processes (in particular in case of peak period and crisis management), upon agreement from local management
- Sets up and maintains relationship with local French diplomatic representatives.
Animates the Security network:
- Animates the local security correspondents’ network in coordination with their hierarchical managers, he can provide advices to their recruitment and contribute to their evaluation (professional interviews)
- Ensures coherence in the activities of the security and IT security duo
- Organises analysis and feedback from locally collected information, to the Corporate’s benefit.
Actions are part of the International Security Branch:
- Managed by the international security director (ISD) who determines the work schedule based on security and business priorities and in relation with the concerned authorities (subsidiaries’ directors, program directors or delegates)
- Reports on a weekly basis to the international security director and to the designated correspondents
- Ensures that the international security director is consulted and involved in the security managers’ recruitment process
Requirements:
- Ability to converse in both English and French to communicate and work with various entities internal stakeholders in a non-English speaking environment
- Open-mindedness and easy adaptation in multicultural environments
- Skill in IT asset management.
- Spirit and sense of user service/support.
- Rigor, sense of organization and anticipation.
- Strength of proposal / Availability.
Technical knowledge:
- ITIL and good knowledge of GLPI and Service NOW.
- Network knowledge (LAN, WAN) particularly on CISCO and Stormshields (FW) equipment.
- Microsoft Windows Active Directory - WSUS/SCCM.
- VPN (Cisco Any Connect, FortiClient) - JIRA.
- Basic knowledge of SAP B1 support.
- Microsoft Windows 10 Master Naval Group environment (Mastering of stations).
- ERCOM smartphones (SAMSUNG smartphone mastering).
- Veam backup management.
- Virtualization (ESXi VMware).
