This role is crucial to supporting our cross-border operations between Singapore and China, particularly within the framework of our Singapore-China industry park partnership and technology accelerator. Key responsibilities

• Be a competent legal advisor supporting H&M’s digital and physical store expansion in the region. Proactively advise on legal issues/disputes related to expansion and/or consolidation and manage responses in relation to contentious matters.
