Overview

1.Legal

THE ROLE

In this role, you’re expected to:

• Provide comprehensive corporate secretarial support to a number of boards and board committees, including liaison with various stakeholders, preparation of agendas, creation and collation of board packs, taking minutes following up on action points and providing governance advice.

The Role

SUSE Legal is seeking to engage a Legal Counsel (Commercial & Tech) to join the APAC legal commercial team covering a wide range of commercial, IP and IT matters and all types of commercial contracts. The Role

You will be part of the APAC commercial legal team operating out of Singapore.
