Work Day : Monday to Friday (8.30am to 5.30pm)
The Senior Security Executive is responsible for supporting and enhancing the security framework for the company's office and production facilities. This role focuses on overseeing daily security operations, access control, and safety compliance to protect assets, personnel, and intellectual property. The Senior Security Executive will collaborate with all stakeholders to implement effective security measures tailored to business requirements and assist in maintaining a secure environment.
Job Responsibilities:
· Assist in developing, implementing, and maintaining security strategies and protocols.
· Align with Global HQ Security Policies to protect Company and Customer against threats, theft, vandalism and other security risks.
· Supervise daily security operations, including coordinating with security personnel and vendors, and ensuring compliance with local regulations.
· Conduct regular security audits and risk assessments to identify vulnerabilities and recommend corrective and preventive measures, devising appropriate security measures.
· Monitor and manage security systems, including surveillance, access control, intrusion detection, and visitor management.
· Coordinate with various departments to ensure alignment between safety and security protocols.
· Assist in developing and delivering security awareness training programs for new and existing employees, contractors, and visitors periodically.
· Support internal and external audits, including preparing documentation and liaising with relevant parties.
· Respond to and investigate security incidents, breaches, or emergencies, and maintain detailed records and reports.
· Liaise with local law enforcement, emergency services, and regulatory bodies to ensure compliance with Singapore's security regulations.
· Stay updated on security trends, technologies, and regulatory changes relevant to the industry in Singapore.
· Assist in developing and executing emergency response plans, including conducting evacuation drills and crisis management procedures.
· Undertake projects or additional duties assigned by Management as needed.
Job Requirements:
· Bachelor’s degree in Security Management or relevant field.
· Minimum of 5 years of experience in security management.
· Strong knowledge of security regulations, Workplace Safety and Health (WSH) guidelines, and other relevant compliance standards.
· Experience managing physical security measures, including access control systems, surveillance equipment, and alarm systems.
· Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
· Ability to handle high-pressure situations and make effective decisions quickly.
· Relevant certifications are an advantage.
