Job Description

• Handle conveyancing matters, including sale, purchase & refinancing matters.
• Prepare sale and purchase agreements, financing documents and other agreements
• To prepare receipts and reassignments, discharge of charges of documents

The Successful Applicant

• Singapore qualified lawyer with LL.B. from a recognised university and admitted to the Singapore Bar (with at least 2PQE for Legal Associate or 5PQE for Senior Associate roles)
• Familiar with conveyancing law and real estate matters
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
