Job duties:

• New & Existing Product Training: Conduct on-site training of new product launches/ refreshers to Field Force/ Promoters and Floor Salesman.
• Mystery Shopper one-to-one coaching: Conduct on-site coaching to Field Force and Floor Salesman in accordance to Mystery Shopper scoring metrics, in-store customer engagement observations and sales performance.
• Lead and conduct consumer workshops to elevate consumer experiences and educate consumers about the products/ services based on topics that are relevant to the marketplace.
• Conduct weekly assessment on part-timers using the checklist in four areas (Product Knowledge, Soft Skills, Attitude & Promotions)
• Meet or exceed training KPIs including the mobile phone usage by Field Force/ Promoters and Floor Salesman.
• Full-timer Monthly Training: Assist in co-facilitation of training sessions to Field Force/ Promoters and Floor Salesman as required.
• Weekly Sustenance Training: Conduct weekly sharing session with FSMs to strength their knowledge and to build strong advocacy of the brand.
• Ad-hoc tasks as assigned

Key Responsibilities:

The Master Speakers Coach is responsible for training, mentoring, and developing individuals to become effective and engaging public speakers, using the Master Speakers Curriculum.

1. Coaching and Training:

· Provide one-on-one coaching and group workshops to improve students’ public speaking abilities.

· Teach and demonstrate effective communication techniques in various contexts.

· Provide constructive feedback on speech content, structure, and delivery.

2. Customer Engagement:

· Build strong rapport with students, understanding their unique challenges and goals.

· Provide ongoing support and motivation to students throughout their training journey.

· Organise and conduct practice sessions, including presentations and public speaking events.

· Keep parents informed about their child's progress in class through regular updates.

3. Professional Development:

· Continuously develop and refine public speaking skills and knowledge through research, practice, and participation in relevant professional events.

· Embrace a growth mindset, welcoming feedback and peer review to improve performance and enhance expertise.

Qualifications:

1. Education:

· Bachelor's degree in Communication, Public Relations, Education, or a related field preferred.

· Diploma holders are welcomed to apply.

2. Experience:

· Preferably with 1 year of experience working with young children in theatre/speech & drama.

· Public speaking coaching or training experience

· Experience in developing public speaking curriculum (an added advantage)

3. Skills:

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

· Ability to provide constructive feedback in a supportive and motivational manner.

· Knowledge of various public speaking techniques and styles.

The trainer’s role is to teach the respective modules in the course and guide the trainees in solving problems.

The trainers shall have work experience in the relevant industry,

and are academic researchers or security experts/programmers.

The trainers must have deep domain knowledge in the topic under his/her charge.

Specifically, they shall have at least two years of working experience in areas associated with cyber operations, e.g. Security Operational Centre, Cyber Incident Response, Malware Analysis, Penetration Tester or equivalent.

Experience can be any of the following:

• Cyber Investigation
• Digital Forensics
• Vulnerability Assessment and Management
• Cyber Defence Analysis
• Incident Management

Academic: At least Diploma in IT/Computer Studies

Trainer shall be well updated in their domains and can share from their relevant industry experience and design the modules to fit the current demands in their profession.
