Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with internal teams to create and implement PR strategies that align with business objectives and are customized for each regional market.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key media outlets, influencers, and industry stakeholders across the region. Ensure consistent coverage across all markets.
• Lead the development of PR content, including press releases, pitches, and storytelling materials tailored for different regional markets.
• Oversee regional PR projects, ensuring timely execution, efficient allocation of resources, and alignment with regional and global goals.
• Act as the point of contact for managing regional PR crises, offering strategic guidance and support to local teams.
• Lead and coordinate regional PR events
• Conduct in-depth market research to gather insights on industry trends, competitors, and media landscapes within the region.
• Work closely with marketing, branding, and digital teams to ensure PR strategies are integrated across channels and aligned with broader marketing campaigns.
• Track and analyze media coverage, preparing detailed reports for regional and global leadership on PR performance, KPIs, and ROI.
• Contribute to new business pitches, particularly in strategy development and regional market analysis.

Qualifications:

• At least a Bachelor Degree
• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in public relations, with proven experience in managing regional markets.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to lead cross-cultural teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
• Fluent in English, with proficiency in Mandarin to liaise with Mandarin-speaking clients and stakeholders.
• Strong writing, presentation, and storytelling skills, with experience drafting communications for diverse regional audiences.
• A strategic thinker with the ability to adapt PR strategies to different markets.
• Willingness to travel frequently within the region for meetings, events, and on-site project management.

Job Description & Requirements

1. Handles and coordinates the administrative aspect for the both traffic and security management department. This includes, but not limited to, collection of deliver orders and ensuring the officers’ notification are up to date.
2. Conducts regular site supervisory checks.
3. Assist the Deployment & Planning team in providing support to handle ongoing incident and manning crisis management at site.
4. Ensures that the officers adhere to the Company’s and PLRD’s Code of Conduct and regulations.
5. Ensuring that the team officers adhere and complies with the Land Transport Authority (LTA), Police Licensing Regulatory Department and Work Place Safety & Health.
6. Provide real-time tracking and monitoring in the event of any incidents or disciplinary issues at site
7. Manage a small team of officers on site.
8. Conducts On-Jobs Trainings, induction and in house trainings to the officers.
9. Conducting an on-site briefing and job run through for Contract for Service personnel if necessary.
10. Any other duties as directed by management, within the reasonable scope of the position hereof.

Roles & Responsibilities

• Registration of scanned copy and hardcopy of contracts and agreements (excluding contracts from Operation Department);
• Assisting Legal Counsels in the review of contracts/documents (upon request by respective Legal Counsel);
• Liaising with insurance broker on the renewal of Directors and Officers insurance policy and arranging for the necessary internal approvals via OA;
• Assigning Management Directive Numbers to respective departments and registration of issued Management Directives;
• Going through notarisation and legalisation processes in Singapore for certain documents from subsidiaries and associates;
• Assisting the Request for Proposals for provision of legal services on the renewal of Letter to Shareholders;
• Assisting with the logistics of Board and Board Committee meetings: printing and compiling meeting papers, coordinating with CNAF directors, checking the format of meeting papers which are written in Chinese, etc.;
• Proofreading documents which are translated in Chinese, e.g. Letter of Appointment of directors, Board resolutions, agreements for projects, Letter to Shareholders, and emails, etc.;
• Translating documents, e.g. Board resolutions, emails, director’s CVs, other letters or documents which are confidential in nature;
• Arranging expense requests and claims which are under Legal;
• Assisting subsidiaries in 1) drafting letters in relation to the change of nominated directors; 2) drafting Board resolutions in relation to the change of directors and authorised bank signatories; 3) assisting CAFEU German office with change of bank signatories and directors matters;
• Preparation of documents for opening of, closure of bank accounts and change in authorised bank signatories, sending the set of documents to the banks;
• Assisting in preparing the annual budget for the Legal and Compliance Department;
• Providing documents requested by auditors (if necessary), banks and counterparties and filling in the KYC forms;
• Participating in the procurement team meetings relating to legal matters and drafting meeting minutes;
• Drafting department monthly meetings, work done and work plan of team members;
• Assisting with the drafting of certain papers for Board and Board Committee meetings as assigned;
• Filling in the forms and drafting of reports requested to be submitted to CNAF from time to time; drafting and/or collecting department news articles to be published on OA;
• Drafting and collecting the materials in relation to Legal and Company Secretary aspects for Business Analysis and Work Review Meeting;
• Responsible for the organising of the CVs of directors, as well as organising Company information, policies and other documents for the orientation of newly appointed directors;
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Head of Legal and Compliance.

Requirements

1. Bachelor in related field or equivalent;
2. Min. 5 years of experience in paralegal work, preferably with exposure in corporate secretarial work;
3. Must be proficient in Microsoft Office applications;
4. Meticulous, conscientious and possess good communication and interpersonal skills;
5. Good ethics and professional conduct, and with strong sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit;
6. Good organisational, time management skills and stress tolerance with proven ability to manage multiple priorities;
7. Excellent command of English and Chinese languages (as the position needs to frequently communicate with English/Chinese speaking stakeholders verbally/ in writing as well as to prepare and proof-read English/Chinese official documents and presentations whenever appropriate).

What you will be working on

What we are looking for

• Strong understanding of industry standards, regulations, and frameworks e.g., National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST), ISO 27001, Government’s Instruction Manuals, Center for Internet Security (CIS), Cyber Security Agency of Singapore’s Cybersecurity Act, Codes of Practice
• Hands-on experience with vulnerability management, risk assessment methodologies and security assessment tools such as exposure management and security validation, External Attack Surface Management (EASM)
• Specialised skills in one or more of the following i.e. malware analysis, penetration testing (application, systems and network), ethical hacking and computer forensics, end point detection, Web Application Firewall (WAF), SIEM and Database Activity Monitoring (DAM) will be an advantage
