Education / Qualifications:

· Experience working as a secretary within a professional services environment

Knowledge And Technical Skills

· Good working knowledge of all Microsoft applications

· Experience of working with house-styles and branding

· Good working knowledge of document and client relationship management systems, PDF software and financial recording applications

• Assist the lawyer in keeping track of deadlines set by the Court's rules and judge's timelines

• Preparing/drafting documents such as bills and basic letters or documents
• Using eLitigation and other legal research platforms to perform basic legal research and information on claimants

We are looking for an experienced litigation secretary to provide secretarial and administrative support. The job scope will include the following:

• File opening and closing procedures, including conflict checks

• Retrieval and circulation of documents received via e-Litigation
