Role & Responsibilities
ā¢ Assist in client management and updating client in a timely manner
ā¢ Assisting in preparation of Court and legal documents
ā¢ Assisting in drafting of correspondences Court documents
ā¢ Organizing and filing Court documents via E-Litigation
ā¢ Ability to work under pressure
ā¢ Good communication skills, both written and oral
ā¢ Administrative duties such as upkeeping file maintenance, searches, timesheets, photocopying, faxing, binding of documents etc.
ā¢ Preparing invoices
ā¢ Meticulous and strategic problem-solvers
ā¢ Any other ad-hoc duties assigned
ā¢ Training will be provided
Requirements
ā¢ Able to communicate in English
ā¢ Experience in law firm, familiar with legalisation process
ā¢ Proficient in MS Office applications, other file management etc
