Main Responsibilities

WM APAC CISO

• Manage the WM IT Risk and Security local team in APAC by managing the recruitment, performances review as well as training and career-path development

You should be an experienced, broadly capable project and communications manager or director with at least 5 years’ experience in a similar role in a PR agency or in-house, able to handle a wide range of assignments, projects and/or clients with a high degree of success and independence. You are able to demonstrate high-level professional knowledge and skills, and should be able to manage a piece of a large account or a few smaller ones, with little top cover from your team leader.

• Managing disputes such as reviewing statement of claim, negotiation with counterparty, communications with litigators, etc. in ASEAN & Southwest Asia

Job requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Law
• Business level Japanese Language skills, preferably JLPT N1 or N2 for liaising and reporting back to HQ in Japan
• Minimum 10 years of experience in legal/compliance department of a publicly listed company
