The analyst will partner with internal stakeholders, such as Legal, HR, Ethics, Investigations, and Insider Threat, to support investigations and provide technical expertise. Your responsibilities are as follows:

• Provide pre and post deal commercial advice plus general LNG, emissions, derivatives and freight
• contractual advice to support the Business objectives.

SOC Cloud Monitoring Resources

1. Act as Incident first responder for a 24/7 SOC Cloud Operations

2. Monitor security sensors and review logs to identify network anomalies or intrusions

3. Perform initial analysis of security alerts

4. Escalate security incidents using established policies and procedures in a timely manner

5. Work with clients to analyse potential security incidents, identifying root cause and implement mitigation step(s)/ remedial action(s)

6. Perform Response action based on standardize workflow

7. Assist with the development of incident response plans, workflows, and SOPs

8. Provide threat and vulnerability analysis security advisory services

9. Fulfil Change Requests, Service Requests and respond to internal / external enquiries with regards to Incident Management

Job Description

The primary focus of the job lies in equity research, - analysis and monitoring of the investments.

Since we are a small investment office, job duties are a bit wider. This is a great opportunity to help creating new structures from scratch.

• Perform equity research and find suitable companies.
• Analyse equities based on the underlying fundamentals.
• Portfolio monitoring and reporting.
• Execution of market orders and transactions.
• Support with setting up the investment fund.
• Support with accounting, compliance, and other administrative requirements.

Job requirements

• At least 3 years of professional experience in equity research and analysis, preferably in a boutique public equity fund or SFO.
• CFA charterholder is a plus
• Similar investment philosophy and mindset as Kronberg Capital.
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics or equivalent from a reputable university.
• You are hands on and have a pragmatic approach.
• Strong analytical skills
• Self-starter personality, highly motivated with an international mindset and willingness to grow and learn
