Department Description:

The Asia-Pacific Legal division has a local presence in China, Hong Kong, India, Japan, Korea, Australia, Taiwan and Singapore.

Responsibilities

· Handling of Court Orders (not limited to Bankruptcy, Winding-Up, Garnishee Orders, Injunction Orders) and Deceased matters
