Requirement

Responsibilities

• Day to day security monitoring on the Azure security alerts, DSM alerts and any other custom alerts related to security.

• Day to day operation of administration and support on Microsoft Cloud Defender, Logs Analytics Workspace, Network Security Groups and Azure Trend Micro Cloud One

• Incident management and resolution, raising tickets to Microsoft and Trend Micro to support and rectify any problems.

• Software upgrade of TrendMicro Cloud One to remediate any vulnerabilities and to get the most out of security administration enhancement

• Support on the vulnerability management on Project Team to recommend the mitigation actions to the system OIC and infra

The control room operator is accountable to the control room supervisor for the scheduling of security officers, monitoring check calls, responding to telephone and email queries and a variryt of administration duties. This will include compliance, statutory, contractual and company regulations and processes.

o Making sure that all equipment is working properly by visual or testing

o Monitoring system and equipment to ensure functioning properly

o Recording data from systems or writing down information on paper charts

o Controlling all system and monitoring to ensure their functionality

o Maintaining records of daily operations, including schedules and performance

o Responding to alarms by contacting facilities and initiate response procedures

o Documenting events in logbook or computerized system to track performance

o Responding to emergency by operating equipment such as alarm systems, etc

o Monitoring real time data from system and infrastructure installations

This position involves managing office activities, coordinating administrative processes, and implementing policies and procedures to maintain an organized and productive work environment.

Responsibilities:

• Provide administrative support by managing email correspondence, handling phone calls, manage dispatch drivers and facilitating communication within the organization.
• Office Management: Supervise office operations, including maintaining office supplies, equipment, and facilities, ensuring a clean and conducive work environment. This includes our vehicle repair/update/purchase/accident cases/ road tax & insurance. Coordinate with vendors and suppliers for office needs and maintenance.
• Records Management: Maintain and organize records, documents, and files.
• Ability to work independently or in a team setting

• Perform other administrative duties as assigned.

Requirements:

• Diploma in any Discipline
