You will also be providing guidance to the compliance team to design and deliver compliance training programs. You will be leading and investigations into compliance violations or ethical concerns, ensuring thorough and objective resolutions and oversee the development and implementation of corrective action plans to address identified issues and prevent recurrence.

Requirements

You possess a Bachelor’s Degree in Law, from a reputable university in a Common Law based jurisdiction and comes with strong legal experience in corporate and commercial matters. You have about 5 - 12 years of relevant working experience in law firm and/or in-house/investment firm etc.

You have a sense of urgency and have able to thrive in a fast-paced environment.

You are resourceful and have manage a lean team with some overseas transactions experience.
