Job Description :

• Assist in developing and maintaining project plans, timelines, and milestones.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field from a recognized institution.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent is highly desirable.
• Proven track record in successfully implementing server, firewall, switch, APs upgrade projects is a plus.
• Familiarity with managing and upgrading servers, firewalls, switches, and access points.
• Basic understanding of Azure VM deployment, configuration, and management.
• Exposure to planning and executing data migration projects.
• Desirable skills in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Basic understanding of Microsoft 365 environment and services.
• Basic understanding of network infrastructure and protocols.
• Basic understanding of designing, implementing, and managing network solutions.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical stakeholders.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, particularly in troubleshooting IT infrastructure issues.
• Ability to adapt to evolving project requirements and technology landscapes.
• Demonstrated flexibility in managing multiple IT projects simultaneously.
• Proven ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional IT teams.
• Experience in coordinating and leading IT project teams.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for the P&L of IT Infrastructure Business Unit globally
• Drive revenue and manage cost in the IT Infrastructure Business Unit
• Researching, aligning and developing products, solutions and services; with a special focus on managed and recurring services
• Working in close collaboration with Country Managers, Sales, Marketing and Pre-Sales Teams to bring solutions and services to market globally
• Develop and maintain robust operational processes to increase efficiency, effectiveness accuracy of the IT Infrastructure team
• Lead and manage a team of IT Infrastructure engineers and pre-sales personnel globally
• Manage current and potential vendors to explore new products and create new services
• Continuous improvement of IT Infrastructure services

Requirements

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/ Information Systems or related disciplines
• Minimum 10 years of experience in IT Infrastructure design and IT services management
• Experienced in network, servers, storage backup technologies and data center operations
• Experienced in Cloud adoption and integration (Azure/ AWS)
• Strong track record in managing IT Infrastructure and Operations
• Strong business acumen
