As a Business Development Executive, you will play a key role in driving business growth by identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, and expanding the company's footprint in the manufacturing, semiconductor and transportation industries. You will work closely with the recruitment team to align client needs with our strong candidate pool, delivering tailored talent solutions to meet their staffing requirements.

• Proactively identify and pursue new business opportunities.
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and secure new clients, this includes market research and networking.
• Attend meetings and consultations with potential clients to understand their hiring needs, present recruitment solutions, and propose customized recruitment strategies.
• Negotiate terms and contracts with clients to close business deals that align with the company's objectives.

Requirements:

• Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, business development, or a related role, preferably within the recruitment or HR industry.
• Strong understanding of the recruitment process, with exposure to industries such as manufacturing, semiconductor and transportation being a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

• This is a freelance position, full commission basis.

Our client is in the freight forwarding industry. As a Business Development Executive / Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth and expansion of their services. You will identify new business opportunities, build strong relationships with clients, and collaborate with various teams to enhance our service offerings in the Singapore market.

• Identify and target new business opportunities through market research, networking, cold calling, and other lead generation activities.
• Develop and implement strategies for acquiring new clients and expanding relationships with existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including clients, partners, and industry associations.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for all client interactions.
• Prepare and present proposals to potential clients, outlining service offerings, pricing, and logistics solutions tailored to their needs.
• Negotiate contract terms and close agreements to maximize profits while ensuring client satisfaction.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions and transactions.
• Regularly prepare and present reports on account status.
• Any other ad-hoc duties assigned by your supervisor.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or a related field.
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or account management in the freight forwarding industry.
• Good knowledge of import/ export and general logistics process.
• Highly motivated and result driven individual.
• Strong communication, interpersonal and negotiation skills.
• This role is will be for the Singapore Market with the exposure to India Market.
