The individual in this role will report directly to the Materials Manager and will be responsible for guiding the initiation of new product launches, market transfers, and alterations to artwork throughout the entirety of a product's lifecycle. • Collaborate with Procurement and Planning teams to minimize losses in raw materials, white stock, and finished goods associated with new artwork, COPs, or other related LCM activities.
• Monitor regulatory compliance to ensure alignment with the Cut-Over Plan (COP) for new launches, thereby ensuring the attainment of annual volume targets. Evaluate volume implications in case of delays.
• Identify potential risks in the product life cycle and develop contingency plans as necessary.
• Oversee the creation and implementation of Change Control processes for new product launches and other lifecycle-related changes.
• Provide monthly reports on performance metrics to ensure adherence to established timelines.
• Maintain relevant Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) updated in a timely manner to ensure compliance with global SOPs.
