We are looking for a Strategy and Planning Manager, to join our Strategy & Planning team which specializes in country marketing & growth strategy for Malaysia, Philippines, and Thailand markets. 

The Strategy and Planning Manager will combine great analytical skills, exceptional strategic thinking, and superior organization/project management capabilities to help the regional marketing team analyze, improve, and execute growth strategies across the region. This includes regular reviews of growth levers ROI, subscription performance, performance marketing efficiency, and brand media impact to build a cohesive view of issues and opportunities in each market. 

You will also be responsible for budgeting and a key partner to finance to manage and optimize the budgeting process.

Responsibilities:

• Weekly performance management on key topline KPIs and OKRs to analyze opportunities and identify potential issues with action plans on how to course-correct

• Countries' monthly performance reviews, including incentive campaigns, pricing, subscriptions, performance marketing, and brand media

• Quarterly market-level deep dives to provide a comprehensive 360 view across all marketing channels and levers to unlock growth opportunities
