· Create and execute project work plans and revises as appropriate to meet the changing needs and requirements.

· Provide consultancy service to business users in both technical and business domain areas.

· Identify resources needed and assigns individual responsibilities.

· Ensure on time delivery of project with good quality and within budget.

· Effectively apply IT Project Management methodology and enforces project standards.

· Manage day-to-day operational aspects of the project.

· Minimize exposure and risk on project.

· Resolve and/or escalate issues in a timely fashion.

· Gather business requirements from the business user(s).

· Review deliverables prepared by 3rd party contractor(s).

· Provide regular project status update to key stakeholders, project sponsor and management.

Requirements:

• Recognized degree in IT-related discipline.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or Certified IT Project Management (CITPM) preferred.
• Minimum of 2 years’ experience in IT or POS Project Management role including significant experience in implementation of medium-sized projects within the enterprise.
• Strong working knowledge of enterprise technologies, infrastructure, and ability to multi-task.
• Experience in supervising and/or managing resources.
• POS related experience will be an added advantage.
• Retail and/or F&B related experience will be a definite plus
• ITIL certified will be a plus point.

Key Responsibilities

1. Sales Management:

• Coordinate with other departments (e.g., finance, marketing, technical support) to align operations with business goals and manage inventory.
• Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies.

4. Financial Management:

• Prepare and manage budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and profitability.

5. Team Leadership and Development:

• Recruit, train, and mentor sales staff.
• Conduct performance reviews and provide feedback to team members.
• Foster a positive and productive work environment.
• Encourage professional development and continuous learning within the team.

6. Market Analysis and Strategy:

• Conduct market research to stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities.
• Develop and execute marketing campaigns to promote POS products and services.
• Analyze market data to identify customer needs and preferences.
• Adapt business strategies based on market insights and customer feedback.

7. Product Management:

• Collaborate with product development teams to improve existing POS solutions and develop new ones.
• Ensure that products meet customer needs and industry standards.
• Provide input on product features, usability, and pricing.

• Experience: 3-5 years in the POS industry, with a strong understanding of POS systems and market dynamics.

• Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

Job Description

• Performs data analysis, identifies business needs, defines requirements, documents processes and procedures, and advises on ways to be more efficient.

• Work closely with stakeholders including Business user, Project Manager, Developers, Operation team on issues and enhancements

• Provide analysis to support the development of proposed solutions and assist in preparing the proposals

• Analyse the proposed solutions to identify any enhancement opportunities to resolve any performance gaps

• Ensure proposed solutions and/or enhancements are aligned with user needs and requirements

• Keep proper documentation of detailed specifications and solution enhancements

• Assist in the implementation of new solutions by coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and integration testing in accordance with the implementation plan

• Run user training sessions and provide user guide

• Assist Project Managers in project matters

• Escalate any issues to relevant team members for resolution

Requirements:

• Minimum Bachelor’s degree
• Able to speak Mandarin to communicate with Chinese Clients
• Having experience in POS will be a plus
