Job Description

The Administration Executive supports outlet operations in the areas of property, tenancy and financial management. He/she ensures that records and reports are properly maintained and made available to internal and external clients in a timely and accurate manner. From time-to-time, the Administration Executive may also assist with other administrative duties relating to meeting coordination, procurement, customer service and regulatory / audit compliance.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinates day-to-day administrative functions with business partners, shared service centers and third party service providers (e.g. payroll, invoicing, insurance)
• Interfaces with government agencies on the administration of relevant policies
• Tracking and monitoring of performance metrics
• Administers license agreements, including termination and contract enforcement
• Performs cyclical and off-cycle invoicing
• Perform regular, ad hoc purchases and cost allocation
• Reconciles and monitors licensee sales and accounts receivable
• Manage applications, renewals and cancellations for utilities and various licenses
• Responds to customer inquiries and feedback, including handling and qualifying incoming sales enquiries
• Clerical duties including, but not limited to maintaining data accuracy and completeness, filing, note-taking, meeting support, claims submission
• Month end inventory reconciliation

Requirement

• GCE “O” Level/ Diploma
• Organized and meticulous
• Familiarity with office applications, especially GSheet/ Excel and Word/ Docs
• Prior experience in the retail/ service industry preferred, especially in food services
• Familiarity with ERP (SAP) and CRM (Zendesk) will be an advantage

The Assistant Sales Merchandiser Manager in the supermarket/food service sector, your role involves strategizing to boost sales and profitability for both B2B and B2C.

Strategic Planning:

• Create plans that match company goals and market trends by analyzing sales data, customer preferences, and competitor actions.
• Provide monthly flash reporting of business sales performance, including insights and strategic recommendations.

Assortment Planning:

• Work with buyers and product teams to select and manage inventory levels of products that meet customer needs and sales goals.

Pricing and Markdown Management:

• Set prices to maximize profits while staying competitive, adjusting markdowns as needed to minimize excess inventory.

Promotions and Visual Merchandising:

• Organize campaigns and displays to attract customers and boost sales, collaborating with marketing teams for effective implementation.
• Plan on seasonal/occasional promotion across the network and conduct post-sales analysis.
• Review, analyse and report current product ranges and the performance of sales and profit margin.

Supplier Management:

• Maintain good relationships with suppliers to get the best products and terms for the company.

Forecasting and Budgeting:

• Predict sales and plan budgets based on past data and market trends, adjusting strategies as needed to meet financial goals.
• Ensure timely tracking of retail & sales to target, notifying gaps whenever possible and work with teams to drive action plans to close targets.

Cross-Functional Collaboration:

• Work with various teams to enhance product offerings and user experience, leading to increased sales.

Market Analysis and Trend Forecasting:

• Keep up to date with industry trends and consumer behaviour to identify new opportunities.

Data Analysis and Reporting:

• Use analytics tools to track performance and provide insights for decision-making, presenting reports to senior management regularly.
• In essence, you are responsible for planning, pricing, promoting, and analyzing sales to ensure success in the market.

Qualification / Requirements

• Diploma in Business Management/Sales & Marketing
• Candidates should have at least 5 years of experience in the FMCG sector preferably with experience managing Fairprice accounts.
• Passionate about consumer trends and able to pro-actively be creative to keep expanding the sales lead and channel for both B2B & B2C.
• Good analytical skills with an eye for detail.
• Strong interpersonal communication skills.
• Proficiency in demand forecasting, inventory management, and knowledge of relevant systems is necessary.
• Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint), Power BI, or Data Query/Analytics tools will be advantageous.

Job Description

This role is part of the Process & Business Technology team to improve operational management systems. The incumbent is responsible for the streamlining of existing processes as well as the formulation and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit.

He/she is expected to:

• Provide end to end support on in-store related applications/ systems.
• Provide support on project implementations such as perform end-to-end UAT with proper documentation, as well as provide user guides and trainings.
• Work with various stakeholders on project implementations, such as follow through with timelines and system setups and configurations.
• Participate in business process reengineering by reviewing existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Manage devices and assets by ensuring proper documentation and tracking of device movement and participate in device replacement exercises.

Qualifications

• Diploma in any discipline, preferably in Business or Business Info Systems
• Experience in the retail industry is a plus
• Proficient in Excel

Job Description

• The incumbent is responsible for backend information system related projects, and he/ she is expected to be part of a lean, dynamic team responsible for the refining of existing processes as well as the development and deployment of new technology projects driven by the unit.
• Other key areas of work include but is not limited to the participation of key cross-functional projects as well as the migration and upgrading of our backend information systems.
• Candidate may also be required to travel between outlets for deployment of the various projects when necessary and interact with people from all levels.

Qualifications

• Degree in any discipline, preferably in Business and Marketing or Business Info Systems

The candidate will be part of the Strategy & Transformation (S&T) Group to support FairPrice Group’s Own Brands and Food Solutions (OBFS) business unit in its growth and transformation journey.

As a Manager for S&T, he/she will report to the Director of OBFS S&T and will work closely with different stakeholders within OBFS BU and also with colleagues in FairPrice Group, such as S&T colleagues in other BUs as well as corporate functions to support the leadership team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support the OBFS Leadership Team (LT) in end-to-end development and delivery of business strategy
• Support team lead in running business data analysis to inform performance measurements and action recommendations
• Own the BU-level priority KPI tracking and quarterly reporting
• Support the LT in the governance and PMO of strategic initiatives including the preparation of agenda, actions plan, coordination of execution and follow-ups
• Support team lead in the preparation of strategic communications for OBFS

• Degree in any discipline with at least 3 years of experience in consulting, business strategy, or corporate planning
