Job Title : Project Validation Leader

The position, located in Singapore, is an exciting opportunity to be part of an Innovative & Dynamic team, within the Validation Team of the Imaging Division, working on different worldwide leading technology image sensors targeting various customers and markets (Consumer, Industrial, Automotive).

As the project validation Leader, you will manage the Validation, Electrical and Optical Characterization implementation of the project and report the status to different teams inside or outside Imaging Division.

Your will have the following objectives:

• Lead the product validation process till the qualification
• Define the Validation strategy and Electrical & Optical characterization, in line with the project objectives and the Division strategy
• Build and manage a project plan associated with resources and materials
• Manage projects meetings (Kick-off, weeklies,) and technical core-team
• Coordinates multidisciplinary teams to achieve project milestones
• Contribute to the project risks analysis
• Track PCB hardware design and developing testing scripts that align with product and characterization requirements.
• Track validation progress, anticipating potential issues, and implementing preventive or corrective actions
• Ensure that the expected documents and deliverables are implemented according to the plan
• Participate in product qualification and customer-related activities in collaboration with all relevant divisional functions.
• Lead the project postmortem in order to enhance the next project implementation
• Contribute to the training and expertise growing of the team
• Propose methods and tools improvements vs Project validation

You will be key for the success of the Imaging Division as you will be in contact with different teams covering a large broad range of expertise inside the Imaging Division, but also with Division external customers.

You will take advantage and rely on a large range of technicals expertise of the team members in Optics, Electronics, Mechanics and software. You will be working in close collaboration with the product IC development teams (IC hardware design, Firmware), application team in order to provide the best solution for the external customers. You will be a key member of the IC project team and participate to project core meetings in order to share information, actions and priorities

YOUR SKILLS & EXPERIENCES

• Master or Bachelor’ degree in Electrical Engineering, optoelectronics, or similar discipline.
• At least, 4 years of experience in Validation, Testing, Electronic product development or project Management.
• Engage and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Good level of autonomy, methodology and rigor
• Ability to work in a multi-cultural environment.
• Demonstrate strength of new proposal in order to complete the project
  

Responsible for building relationships with prospective clients. This role required proactive outreach, excellent communication skills, and strategic mindset to expand business opportunity.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement business plans to increase business opportunities for the assigned customers/team. Demonstrates initiative in identifying new opportunities and converting them into actual sales.
• Align with the internal Product Team to conduct sales promotion activities for prospective and existing customers.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients. Continue to conduct business meetings and customer visitations.
• Business performance review. Support customers' technical & business inquiries.
• Enhance products and technical knowledge and at the same time stay up-to-date with industry and market trends and conditions.
• Co-work with internal stakeholders and external business partners to derive a business plan for existing/new markets.

Requirements:

• Degree in an Engineering discipline (with minimum 5 years relevant experience).

YOUR ROLE

You will play Active role in Asia Pacific (except China) Region Business management team to

• Drive change management and operations in the region for Customer Demand business process.
• Support operational excellence of Sales & Marketing teams in the Region through Deep Understanding, Collaborative and Innovative approach.

JOB DECRIPTION

• Facilitate Change management in the region related to Corporate/Local initiatives in the domain of Sales & Marketing and represent the region Effectively in global process-design workgroups (for the process under responsibility).
• Responsible for maintaining consistency between steps of the complete cycle from Customer-Demand-Forecast to Revenue Targets considering various steps of Supply-Chain.
• Working with cross-functional stakeholders as Sales and Marketing Teams, Demand Planning, Supply-Chain, Information Technology or other related ST verticals.
• Ensure smooth business process operations & efficient work practices in Customer service, Sales and Marketing operations.

PROFILE

• Degree in Business management / Information Systems with at least 8 years’ working experience in multi-cultural environment.
• Proven record of deep understanding and analyzing complex business processes and associated analytics.
• Effective Communication and Negotiation skills with flexibility to travel in the region.
• Past experience preferred in forecasting, or a planning role with a particular emphasis on demand, inventory planning, analysis, and modeling.
• Business understanding of market and customer landscape for automotive/or industrial /or distribution channels in a semiconductor company.
• Exposure / experience in one of Customer Demand-Forecasting / Supply-Chain / Integrated-Business-Planning processes will be an added advantage.
