2) To interpret construction drawings for any discrepancies and to propose the alternative

design or work method for Scaffolding works.

3) Coordinate with site teams and PE to ensure timely submission and approval of design and COS for site installation to meet site progress schedule.

4) Liaising with the sales team & client for proposal of scaffolding design to prepare Bill of Quantity

(BQ) for Tender submission documents.

5) Scaffolding design and proposal drawing preparation using AutoCAD.

6) Control and prepare monthly reports on logistics and materials movement.

7) Application for work passes (SOC / SIC) for new and renewal.

8) Prepare workers PPE and documents for submission prior to project commencement.

9) Assist Project Manager and Project Team in project planning, coordination and overseeing of site works.

10) Visiting job sites to understand work requirements and progress.

11) Basic filing of documents and drawing.

12) Assist HR in workers welfare.

13) Any other task shall be assigned by The Management from time to time that is deemed necessary.

Our client is a Global MNC, one of the leading players in the Oil & Gas sector. Due to business needs, they are now recruiting a Project Engineer to be part of their team for ongoing transformation projects. They are located in the West – easily accessible.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for overseeing the different functions of project execution for the company from start to end (eg. Awarding of contract, delivery of goods etc.)
• Responsible for the company’s project management, allocating resources to the different areas when required, and resolving any issues present during the project phase
• Responsible for overseeing the various scope of order, and monitoring the various applicable project specifications
• Responsible for attending to the various technical and commercial reviews, resolving any enquiries from both internal/external stakeholders
• In charge of handling/monitoring the various projects’ schedule development, and maintaining the required project documentations (eg. purchasing, shipping and invoicing etc.)
• In charge of resolving the customers’ complaints, overseeing any order deviation from the various customers
• All other ad-hoc duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Minimum Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering or other relevant field of studies
• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in project management
• Experienced and Knowledgeable in process plant design and management

Salary : $3,500 – $5,000 per month

*Minimum 1-3 years of experience as a BA or Software Engineer. Needs to have Java backend development experience, .Net knowledge is an added advantage.

This role is also open for University Fresh Graduates as well with a degree in Computer Science or relevant. If candidate has done AI/Machine Learning modules/courses in their school is an added advantage.

Responsibilities:

1. Work with a small team of developers to deliver the modules to develop web-based application systems.
2. Manage the user-requirements gathering process
3. Participate in the design and development of web applications based on client’s product (J2EE- based).
4. Assist in the user acceptance testing process.
5. Implement, customize, test, document and maintain software applications.
6. Ensure that the modules delivered are according to the specifications and are of high quality.

Requirements:

1. A Degree/Diploma in Computer Science
2. Technical skills include proven object-oriented programming experience with Java and C++ together with extensive RDBMS through JDBC
3. Experience in J2EE, Web Services and XML will be advantageous
4. Experience in Elixir reporting solutions will be advantageous
5. Knowledge in SQL
6. Good interpersonal & communication skills

• Plan, lead and supervise project team to ensure on-time delivery
• Manage and deploy manpower
• Liaise and coordinate with internal and external parties including vendors, owners and surveyors pertaining to project requirements
