• Ensuring all the plant and equipment are in good working condition and the temporary signing arrangement at site is in accordance with the Code of Practice for Traffic Control at Work Zone (Latest Edition) before the commencement of Works:
• Planning and ensuring smooth operation of the work;
• Ensuring works carried out is according to the Contract Specifications:
• Submitting weekly progress reports on Planned Jobs, Provisional Works / Provisional Quantities; and
• Others as instructed by the superior(s).

Requirements:

• have at least three (3) years relevant experience in road and road structure construction;
• have a Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by the Professional Engineers (PE) Board or qualifications acceptable by the Commissioner of Building Control for registration as Resident Engineer.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD and/or other relevant software applications.
• Strong project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.Ability to work well in a team environment.

Tasks

• Design and implement complex and customized EMC/RF Test Systems
• Verify and approve system configuration and design
• Install and commission test systems on site in customer's laboratories
• Provide operational and maintenance training to customers
• Develop and maintain training materials and system documentation
• Drive trial measurements and proof-of-concept studies and testing on new test solutions
• Provide technical support to customers

Qualifications

• Holds a diploma or degree in Electronics Engineering (RF / Wireless / Microwave)
• Possess knowledge and prior work experience in EMC Test System, EMC standards, and RF test and measurements
• Results orientated approach to work
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Able to travel independently and on demand (mainly to Asia Pacific region)

Job Description

• Working out of estimates for the proposed work
• Putting up traffic control / division plan for work
• Taking and scheming of road levels where required
• Picking up manhole details and existing traffic lines or schemes on the road
• Submit the detailed calculation and plans to the SO
• Do site measurement and prepare job measurement sheets for payment of completed works
• Attend monthly progress payment, operation meeting and other meetings required at LTA office
