Planning and Customer Support Assistant (Outbound Shipments)
1 Prepare and manage a volume of shipping documents (Outbound), including invoices, packing lists, delivery orders, and airway bills, according to daily schedules.
2 Ensure all shipping documents are accurate, complete, and comply with industry regulations and company standards.
3 Maintain accurate and complete shipping documentation.
4 Act as the main point of contact for any outbound shipping inquiries - working closely with Planning and Customer Service.
5 Address and resolve any issues or problems related to discrepancies, shipment delays, or damages.
6 Investigate and resolve any issues or problems related to inventory, discrepancies, shipment delays, or damages.
7 Performs ad Hoc task when necessary or as assigned by supervisor.
Experience: At least 1 year of relevant working experience.
Education: Minimum O' Levels or Equivalent
Skills: Proficient with MS Office.
Able to multitask, prioritize and manage time efficiently and work independently with minimal supervision.
