Job Responsibilities:

• Pre-plan and prepare construction schedule, and coordinate activities.
• Follow up and report On-site and Off-site project management and progress.
• To prepare and submit progress reports as required by consultants and clients.
• Analyse project specifications, including civil/structural, architectural, and M&E drawings.
• Conduct thorough monitoring of construction work activities and prepare daily, weekly, and monthly site reports.
• Maintain a safe and clean working environment, ensuring adherence to standard rules and regulations.

• Coordinate, prepare and arrange site inspection with RE & RTO.

• Prepare necessary submission for project. Example, RFI, MS, RA, SWP, shop drawings and supporting documents preparation.
• To prepare and keep records, summary related to project. Maintain Project documents control for ISO purpose.

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering or related field.
• Previous experience in construction or site engineering.
• Strong organizational and communication skills.
• Knowledge of construction methods, materials, and regulations.
• Ability to work well under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.

• To assist Project Manager
• To provide guidance to Project Engineer
• Planning and scheduling of projects
• To manage M&E construction projects and to monitor the projects are carried out with respect to the target schedule
• To handle design for Air Conditioning & Mechanical Ventilation System and to ensure clients' requirements are met

Job Responsibilities

• Overall responsible for the effective and efficient project execution to meet and/or exceed expected project performances such as timelines, budgets, scope, quality etc.
• Acting as principal technical liaison for the project, customer, subcontractors, and company.
• Reviewing project specifications and related documents.
• Ensuring good engineering standards and practices are implemented at all times. Implementing projects with best practices, codes/standards, tools, policies, procedures, templates, engineering solutions/designs and other shared documentation available in the engineering documentation archives.

• Preparing Material Requisition specification for selection and purchase of buyout items. Conducting Goods Receipt Inspection to verify quality and correctness of items delivered by sub-vendors.
• Coordinating with Production Control in fabrication/installation work supervision.
• Assisting Service personnel in the conduct of internal testing and FAT.
• Coordinating with Document Controller in the preparation of final and As-built documentation, Operation & Maintenance Manual and Manufacturer Data Records.
• Promoting and developing solution capabilities and application knowledge to support existing and future projects.
