Job Responsibilities

• Responsible for all on-site technical and engineering related matters
• Ensuring works carried out to meet company’s quality standards & contractual requirements
• Involved in project planning, monitoring project progress and schedule
• To co-ordinate with the clients, sub-contractors on all project aspects and when necessary, to provide all technical and non-technical resolutions followed by documentation
• Assisting Project Manager in monthly progress claims and monthly progress reports
• Ensuring Supervisors & Foremen meets client & regulatory work requirements
• Ensuring Environmental, Safety and Health practices are carried out at all times
• Propose cost-saving and innovative engineering solutions
• Other ad-hoc duties assigned from time to time

Job Requirements

• Degree in Civil or Structural Engineering recognized by Professional Engineers Board Singapore is an advantage
• Minimum 3 years of Civil Engineering experience in LTA projects (Earth, Roads, Drains Works)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office / Project
• Good knowledge of BIM and VDC will be a plus
• Organised, meticulous, with positive work attitude and sense of urgency
• Good interpersonal and analytical skills
• Immediate or Short Notice preferred

Requirements:

• ITE / NTC, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma Certificate in Mechanical Refrigeration and Airconditioning Engineering or its equivalent Possess relevant trade certificate.
• Preferably with 5yrs experience in construction ACMV industry
• Able to read and understand project drawings
• Possess Class 3 Driving License
• Experience in Microsoft office/PowerPoint, Excel

Job Responsibilities:

• Report to the project manager for the project site works
• Able to perform Risk assessment activities and tool box meeting for all stakeholders
• Responsible for site supervision and coordination of site works with other trades such as architectural or M&E works
• Liaise with clients/subcontractors/supplier
• Assists Project Manager in the co-ordination of project management effectively
• Attends all meetings with relevant stakeholders (workers customers, consultants, contractors etc)
• Assists Project Manager in carrying out all shop drawings and submission with Drafting Department
• Assists Project Manager in carrying out risk assessment activities and control
• Supervise the work of sub-contractors
• Work closely with other site operations staff to meet the project schedule
• Ensure service delivery
• Site supervision of construction workers
• Ensure site safety in accordance with safe work procedure
• Ensures all contractors are safety inducted and issued with Permit before work commencement;
• Ensures the adherence to the safe work procedure (SWP) established;
• Resolves site problems proactively in a timely manner and seeks advice from Project Manager/M&E Manager as appropriate.
• Ensures the timely preparation of project progress, updates, photos and on QA/QC Matters with reports with proper documentation,
• Co-ordinates daily activities of workers’ duties and to ensure that they are performed in a proper manner
• Makes daily checks on work progress, housekeeping and safety implementation on site with safety personnel.
• Coordinate with construction team on the delivery of material and equipment as per site requirements.
• Any other duties as assigned (Project and Field)

Responsibilities

• Responsible for developing applications for projects including graphics, reports and calculations
• Responsible in conducting internal testing and acceptance tests and user training
• Responsible for preparing documentation including design specifications and manuals
• Responsible for providing high quality technical support to our customer
• Responsible for conducting onsite routine health check of the systems installed at customer base and documenting troubleshooting and problem resolution steps

Requirements

• Min Diploma in Computer Science or relevant
• Min 2 years of working experience in Project Management in SI Industry
• Proficiency in programming like Visual Studio, ASP and Java, MS Office with VBA and industrial automation is an advantage
• Knowledge in Microsoft SharePoint 2007/2010 (MOSS/WSS) is an advantage

Job Description

• Working out of estimates for the proposed work
• Putting up traffic control / division plan for work
• Taking and scheming of road levels where required
• Picking up manhole details and existing traffic lines or schemes on the road
• Submit the detailed calculation and plans to the SO
• Do site measurement and prepare job measurement sheets for payment of completed works
• Attend monthly progress payment, operation meeting and other meetings required at LTA office
• Ensure that all plant and equipment are in good working condition and the temporary signing arrangement at site is in accordance with the Code of Practice for Traffic Control at Work Zone (Latest Edition) before the commencement works
• Plan and ensure the smooth operation of the work
• Ensure that the work carried out is according to the Contract Specifications
• Submit weekly progress report on Provisional Quantities, Planned Jobs, Provisional Sum and other duties as assigned by the SO

Job Requirements

• At least 3 years experience of relevant supervision experience in road and road structure construction
• Degree in Civil Engineering recognised by Professional Engineers (PE) Board or qualifications acceptable by the Commissioner of Building Control for the registration as Resident Engineer or as accepted by the SO

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate with sub-contractors and consultants.

• In charge of all dealings with services agencies, trial trenches, attainment of NCEs, services diversions, etc.
• Assist the Project Engineer in coordinating all service-related matters.
• Liaison with the client's representative, relevant authorities, consultants, and various 3rd parties.
• Identify and assess any foreseeable risk arising from the workplace or work processes, and minimize the environmental impact associated with the construction activities.
• Ensure safe work procedures and environmental control measures are implemented at the worksite.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree major in Civil Engineering recognized by the PE Board.
• Required Skill(s): Time Management, Communication, Collaboration.
• Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Engineering - Civil/Construction/Structural or equivalent.
• Good team player with the ability to lead and multi-task.
• Able To Work Independently
