The performance-interpretability tradeoff (PIT) in data science and AI refers to the balance between how well a statistical/machine learning model performs, and how readily humans can comprehend it. This project investigates the nature and characteristics of PIT in discourse research, focusing on the following:

i) the (strategically) indeterminate nature of PIT

ii) PIT in time-based algorithms and discourses

iii) conceptual relationship(s) between PIT and ‘mixed-methods’ discourse research, with subsequent developments based on emergent findings.

Discourse datasets to be investigated include psychological counseling, social media, academic lectures, and other relevant time-based contexts, while time-based algorithms include LSTM, ARIMA time series, and survival regression models. Google’s New Business Sales Team is a group of sales professionals whose focus is on engaging and acquiring advertisers, by encouraging them to incorporate Google's range of marketing products (e.g., YouTube, Search, and the Google Display Network) into their Marketing strategies. This global, dynamic, and dedicated team is the engine behind Google’s continued growth.

As a Business Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for creating direction, driving, supporting, and coaching on the highest value business agreements and guiding and leading upper and lower funnel success.

• Prospect, manage, and forecast new business pipeline and opportunities.
• Create presentations and develop solutions to meet customer needs.

MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 3 years of experience in sales, media, or advertising.

PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Experience building a book of business, ensuring the management and fulfillment of strategic goals, and in developing associated agreements.
• Experience planning, delivering, and executing marketing campaigns, measurement, and creative strategy in an App ecosystem.
• Knowledge of digital marketing and Google digital advertising products.
• Ability to operate and thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
• Ability to take on challenges and develop actionable plans and recommendations.

1) Strong sense of road direction, even more at the west/north area
2) Timely pick-up and drop-off passengers at fixed location(s)
3) Perform daily checks on vehicle
4) Report any maintenance, malfunctions, or repairs needed
5) Capable to comply with traffic regulations, and operate vehicle in a safe manner

6) Oncall to respond/aid overflow and breakdowns, including weekends

7) Motivate and teach transportation route to new drivers

8) Guide new drivers on vehicle maintainces

9) Advise drivers on vehicle cleanliness

Owned or commited to get Class 4 driver license or above
