Job Scope:

We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Project Executive/ Assistant Project Manager for managing outsourcing projects. In this role, you will work closely with customers and internal stakeholders to ensure the successful delivery of projects, optimize revenue and achieve project objectives in relation to cost, time, and quality. Your responsibilities will include assembling project teams, coordinating staff and internal resources, managing customer relationships, and liaising closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the efficient delivery of projects.

Job Responsibilities:

· Collaborating with functional teams to optimize project efficiency and outcomes.

· Creating project dashboards and data for review.

· Managing & building internal & external stakeholder relationships and tracking KPIs/focus areas.

· Procuring adequate resources to meet project objectives within timelines.

· Implementing governance standards, tracking project status, and establishing best practices.

· Reporting and tracking project metrics, P&L and Service level agreement.

· Delivering end-to-end project deliverables, control, and success, and transferring to Operations.

Job Requirements:

· Degree/Diploma holder with min 3 years of Project Management experience.

· Relevant experience in managing outsourcing project management.

· Reporting and Data analysis skills

· Excellent written communication & strong internal stakeholder management skills.

· Strong customer focus and external relationship management.

Job Description

• Provide management with timely finance-related analysis and recommendations across a range of critical business decisions
• Monitor and provide detailed analysis and supporting commentary on the variances between actual and budget/forecast
• Interpret and communicate monthly P&L outcome to Business Unit COO
• Partner the business units during annual business planning to formulate key strategies and recommendations to drive growth and profitability
• Develop business case for re-development and asset enhancement initiatives
• Provide management with forward-looking financial insights on market conditions and trends
• Perform financial due diligence for potential asset acquisitions on an ad-hoc basis
• Be a coach to the Finance Executives in the team
• Strengthen current internal controls and improve Finance processes and systems

Requirements

• Degree in Accounting or equivalent qualification, with CPA or relevant professional qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in commercial and Big 4 accounting firms, including at least 2 years in an FP&A position
• Strong financial modelling and analysis skills
• Strong communication, interpersonal and analytical skills
• Self-directed, hands-on, motivated and highly committed to meet deadlines and targets
• Independent and able to work with all levels in a high matrix organisation
• Proficient in SAP and Microsoft Office

• Oversee projects to ensure successful handover to clients and the Service Team, within budget and quality standards.
• Supervising sites, attending meetings, managing sub-contractors, issuing required documentation, and providing timely information for shop and as-built drawings.

Requirements:

• Diploma in Electronic /Electrical/Mechanical/Building Automation or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of relevant working experience.
