Job Purpose
To be part of the Project Management Team (PMT) for work monitoring and coordination of project at Changi Airport Station (CGA).
Duties and Responsibilities
1. To supervise and monitor the Contractor’s work to ensure effective delivery in the implementation of the contracted scope approved by LTA and complies with SMRT policies.
2. To ensure the execution of project is in accordance to the approved schedule.
3. To respond to urgent requests for troubleshooting/rectification due to Contractor’s works, round the clock; and follow up the necessary actions to ensure safety, reliability and operations are not affected.
4. To ensure on-time delivery that may be impacted by on-site bad weather and conditions.
5. To attend to public and client feedbacks from ongoing site works due to proximity to public and visitors
6. To ensure proper coordination with Contractors, Changi Airport Group, SMRT Station Ops and/or External stakeholders on safe delivery of materials to site to avoid any injuries and damage to property.
Qualifications and Work Experience
1. Diploma in Civil Engineering Discipline with 4 years of working experience
