Job Duties:

• Play an instrumental role in plan definition, budgeting, implementation and tracking IT projects with emphasis in getting things done, collaborate with senior program managers to support the planning and execution of LIMS and other IT projects and assist in maintaining the Project Management Office (PMO) for LIMS Singapore-IT program
• Lead key IT-teams in deriving process/system solutions and manage overall timelines, help develop detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and budget management and monitor project progress and update project status reports regularly
• Conduct periodic team meetings with IT & Operation team, coordinate project team meetings and ensure effective communication among team members and contribute to identifying potential risks, issues and participate in implementing mitigation strategies
• Gather team members to help execute and contribute to active projects within a program, prepare project-related documentation, presentations, and reports and local represent for regional implementation team and work with Business & Operational team in scoping and implementation planning
• Prepare project details for scoping exercise and implementation, work closely with cross-functional teams to facilitate and complete project-related tasks and activities and support post-project evaluations with the Senior Program Manager and associated directors and contribute to implementing lessons learned
• Help Innovate processes by discovering and sharing new best practices across the Team

Job Requirements:

• Possess a bachelor’s degree in IT/ Computing / Computer engineering, with minimum of 5 years of experience in Software / Info System or related field
• Experience in with executing projects in a variety of disciplines and/or environments (Experience is Lab Information Management System (LIMS) will be added advantage)
• Basic Understanding of project management principles and methodologies, excellent organizational and time management skills
• Highly detail oriented and motivated self-starter and strong verbal and written communication abilities and ability to adapt ‘hands on’ approach and work collaboratively in an international, cross-divisional team environment

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Resource Specialistto manage resource planning, subcontractor liaison, project status coordination, and production data management for our ongoing projects. This role will work closely with various teams, including operations, tender and contract departments, and subcontractors, ensuring that all resources are effectively allocated and that project goals are met on time and within budget.

Job Description

• Resource Planning: Develop, maintain resource plans for ongoing projects, ensuring the appropriate allocation of resources (personnel, equipment, materials) to meet project timelines and objectives and monitor resource utilization as needed to optimize productivity
• Subcontractor Sourcing and Liaison: Source and evaluate subcontractors based on project requirements, performance, and budget. Establish, maintain Subcontractor having strong relationships with subcontractors, ensuring their alignment with project goals and timelines. And manage subcontractor performance to ensure compliance with contracts and quality standards.
• Collaboration with Operation Team: Liaise regularly with the operation team to monitor the progress of projects and address to any issues related to project execution. Provide regular updates on resource availability, constraints, and project status, ensuring alignment between resource planning and project execution.
• Coordination with Tender and Contract Team to ensure that project budgets and timelines are accurately reflected in planning and resourcing and assist in the preparation of project proposals, ensuring that resource requirements are incorporated into the budgeting process.
• Production Data Management: Collect, update, and analyze daily production data to track project performance and resource utilization. Prepare regular reports on project status, production metrics, and resource usage for senior management and other stakeholders and Identify potential issues and areas for improvement in project performance and recommend solutions.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Project Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or related field.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in project resource planning, project coordination, or a related role.
• Proven experience liaising with subcontractors, operations teams, and other key stakeholders.
• Strong knowledge of project budgeting and cost management.
• Excellent organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient in resource management software and project management tools (e.g., MS Project, Primavera, etc.).

Position Summary:

The Project Coordinator organizes, executes, and coordinate the projects events and administration work. This position will report to the head of PMO and support the project managers to comply the internal project standard. The Project Coordinator will have the exposure to join the global IT project implementation and work with different nations and culture in ASM.

Responsibilities:

• Manage the project onboarding process, ensure the internal compliance, contractual filing, and project site setup
• Coordinate with finance for the project accounting, support the budget and expense tracking
• Support PMO to implement the standard process, documentation, and project templates

Qualifications
